Event name: DeWALT Grand Prix 2025, June 5-7.
Track and address: Biķernieku kompleksā sporta bāze, S. Eizenšteina 16, Rīga, LV-1079. https://www.bksb.lv/
City: Riga, Capital of Latvia. Good for tourism with a lot of good and affordable hotels in or near city centra 20-30 min from the track. Trailer camping available in track. Showers and WC available in paddock. There are NO pit boxes available!
Closest airports: Riga(RIX) 30 km from the track.
Grocery shops and fuel stations within 5 minutes drive from the track. It’s not possible to enter or exit paddock during sessions. By passenger car or small van the tunnel can be used for non stop crossing.

Thursday: Test sessions in groups by car speed – Slow, Fast and BMW group(BMW 325 CUP, BMW 318 IS, BMW Turbo Cup), provisionally 6 sessions by 20 minutes, cost – 250 EUR per day. Sporting checks and Scrutineering.
Friday: In the morning – Test sessions in groups(4×20 min), cost – 200 EUR per all sessions, Sporting Checks, Scrutineering.
Afternoon – Qualifying and Race 1.
Saturday Race 2 and Race 3 and 2h endurance.

Entry fee: As per WSMP regulations. Note: 20 EUR deposit fee will be added per entered car for insurance against damage to the track. Possible to pay by cash during Sporting Checks or by bank transfer to:

Paddock must be free at the end of the event in the Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Possible to leave the cars in track territory, but outside paddock.
Paddock and infrastructure: Electricity available at the track for no extra cost. Showers are available from Thursday to Saturday.
Possible to enter track until 23:00 on Wednesday when gates close and they open 7:00 on Thursday. After that – the gates close(not possible to enter or exit at the track) on midnight and opens at 7:00.
Sound limit in Bikernieki: 106 dB at 6000 rpm.
