By winning both racing rides, the Baltic Touring Car class victory in the last event went Egidijus Valeiša in his “Porsche GT3 911” car. The second place was earned by Finnish racer Raimo Kesseli who visited Bikernieki racetrack for the first time since 2003 when he participated in motorcycle road race. After the race he promised to return to the Baltic championship next season with a  much faster car.

In the last event the new Champions of the season were crowned in all racing classes. The biggest surprise was Julius Skirmantas (BTC1) who won both racing rides with a borrowed “Honda Civic” and claimed the season victory with 1.5 points over former season leader Estonian Peter Peek who experienced crash in the first racing ride. Third place in the Championship went to Edvinas Mardosas.

BTC2 class victory for the second event in a row went to Lithuanian Ramūnas Čapkauskas who took the third place in the season overall. The Champion is Alvydas Malakauskas and the runner-up is Nerijus Malasevicius.

Unfortunately, shortly before the qualification, Ernesta Globyte, one of the title contenders, experienced technical problems. Team didn’t manage to solve the electronical problems of her Ginetta until the first race and Ernesta didn’t have a chance to gather valuable points for the season overall.
